We ship worldwide to nearly every country across the global, we employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination fast and securely.
Our prices include shipping charges. There may however be some countries where we will have to charge extra but you will be notified by email if this is required.
We are not allowed to ship to Islamic countries, Indonesia,Africa and South America.Asian countries we only ship to Japan and Singapore.
Please contact us to learn more about shipping to your country if you live in other countries.
Also We can ship to a FedEx or UPS facility for you to pick it up, instead of shipping to your place. Just let us know after placing your order and we will change the shipping address.
Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue
Kindly note that buyers are responsible for import taxes and fees. Our items are shipped duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country’s Customs and shipping method. You may check with your local Customs Office for more information.
For some countries, especially in Europe, we offer a service to pre-pay VAT and import taxes, so you don't need to deal with customs, ask our team after placing your order if interested. Otherwise, we can help and advise on customs. Countries like Canada, Germany, UK, Japan or Australia usually require the submission of a proof of payment or invoice. You can provide the confirmation email, or Paypal invoice or reach out to us and we will help you with that.
After you have successfully placed your order you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage. Please, always reply to confirm that everything is accurate and that you did not enter the wrong details.
Processing & Production
After confirmation and payment, the manufacturing process starts. After confirmation of your order details, the order cannot be canceled for any reason.
If requested, we can provide photos of the product before it is shipped, once the photos are confirmed by the Buyer and the shipment has been requested no cancellations, requests or complains will be accepted.
Production time is around 10 to 15 days and it usually takes another week in shipping transit (actual time may vary depending on delivery location).
Due to holidays, festivities or unavoidable circumstances, delays may occur during the manufacturing or shipment of the product.
We will carry out strict quality controls on your products and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment.
Shipment is discreet and signature is required for delivery to ensure it is received by the right person.
